  I go to this dunks everyday sometimes twice a day, on my way to work and on my way home from work and the staff is always freindly and know how i take my coffee. The service is always quick and the place is always so clean!!

  Im new to the coffee drinking so i admit i may not have ordered my coffee the right way asked for a carmel macatio blended lots of ice so i get up to the window and get very little ice, so i tell them i need more ice and blended please she brings it back with very few more cubes of ice so i tell her once again to blend it for me she swirls the cup around in her hand like a smartass and hands me the cup while i hear the other younger lady telling her how i wanted it blended she acts like she dont hear her and hands me the cup anyway...if im paying almost 5.00 for a coffee it shouldnt be a problem to work with me and blend it that only takes a few seconds but there was a line behind me so i took the coffee anyway and said i wanted it blended but ill take it anyway and she laughs at me!! made me want to turn my car around and make her make it the right way since she was being lazy and thought it was funny i was leaving so unsatisfied and unhappy..smh
